My folks came up this year for Easter (okay, really it was a ploy...they mostly came up to meet LB), and we had a great time with them (and Amy and Ster, too, of course)! (And yes, they like him, and he likes them, and it went great!) But the best part was, despite the fact that I'm normally no good at the self-photo business, we FINALLY got a photo of the two of us together where I think we both look cute! YAY! :) ( Is that even possible? A photo where we BOTH look decent?!? WHAT?!) So there you have it, a cute photo of us at the tulip festival on a rare (GORGEOUS!) sunny spring day in Portlandia.
And just because they're so stinking cute, one of these guys, too. :) Love mi familia!

And your parents - they're incredible.
And, your surgery stuff sounds SO painful. Yikes. What a sweetheart LB is for staying and taking care of you. Sounds like you've got a super guy there.
